Because I really feel like this will resolve some current problems.
I need a better hobby to occupy me over the summer. Drawing isn’t as satisfying to me anymore :/

I am REBUILDING.
Keyquest makes it easy to get rich quick. Gotta buy a few last things for Montcalm and then I guess figure out what the hell I’m doing with this Hissi. I have no character ideas but I’ve wanted a Hissi since FOREVER.
My goal for the summer is to teach myself something new, everyday, regarding graphic design. This can be done through making, learning how to use software, or by reading about graphic design.
Today I learned:
- how to draw in Flash (!!)
- how to script objects to move with keys in Flash
- and I’m in the process of making an extremely simple (but functioning!) flash game.
I started learning things in Flash because it’s the program I’m the worst at. Scripting and coding is daunting but everything “clicked” about an hour in. That’s nice.
