Found an awesome “dress” at the Salvation Army for $2, but when I got home I realized it was actually, to my dismay, a romper. So, this morning, I turned that romper into a proper dress! I made the bodice more fitted, pulled the skirt up towards my natural waist rather than my hips, made a few small changes here and there, etc.
